Please continue to remember Mary Blackard, Ed's mother. Here is the latest
report of her condition:
She is currently stable at a hospital in Tulsa. She is comfortable and has
little pain. They did not perform surgery Sunday as we were expecting. She
is to have a followup consult with her surgeon today to determine the exact
course of action from this point. There is some concern that she is not a
viable surgical candidate due to having had focused radiation therapy in the
area of her colon in the past. This has something to do with weakening of
the surrounding tissue. I'll keep you informed.
