Dear Friends-
Brent is adjusting to being in Vietnam. I was able to speak with him for just a few minutes this evening. He says it is hot. He is speaking Vietnamese. He told me he ordered a ham and cheese bagel and got a tomato and cheese bagel. I thought it wasn't bad - 2 of the 3 items were right. They are 12 hours ahead of us. Continue to pray for the team as they travel and work.

FROM BRENT:
We leave Wednesday to take a 3 1/2 hour BOAT ride down the Saigon River to the sea and then up the Mekong. We are going to Can Tho, so that's back on. We will spend a week in the Delta. I'll try to email when I can.
We met Kevin and Collette, our board tour guides. They are great. They have a business platform and we're going to search out business opportunities for them to increase the success of their strategy for the south of Vietnam.
Our hotel is good, hot shower. Seafood and chicken and rice and vegetables for breakfast. Not exactly IHOP. We're going on barefoot assignment this morning (Monday) to find maps for our areas of travel. We flew through church time, so we didn't get to meet with the really neato sounding international group that Kevin and Collette started in their house and now runs 150 people in 2 houses. Gotta go. More later.
