Please send this to the prayer chain when you get a chance. We've gotten s=
o much support from the church and I want to keep them updated. It would b=
e such a blessing for the tubes to be removed (and a stint put in their pla=
ce). It was so hard watching Mike long to hug Drew last weekend but he cou=
ldn't because of the tubes. And since he is trying to work some between ch=
emo treatments, it would make that much easier like Beverly said.

Subject: Back to Little Rock
Just wanted to let you know that we're headed back to Little Rock tomorrow =
morning (September 6th) due to Mike's left drain leaking again. He had comp=
lications over the weekend with infection and fever. They have decided to =
try and insert internal stents into Mike's liver, possibly taking out the d=
rains altogether. The procedure will be done at noon and Mike will stay ov=
ernight at Baptist Hospital. He will remain at Baptist probably into the a=
fternoon Friday, because they will need to inject dye into his liver, and c=
heck to see if it is draining properly.

Mike already has his hopes high that the drains can come out permanently. =
This would make a huge difference for him, to help him feel normal (and be =
able to hug his grandbaby again), plus it would make things less complicate=
d with him trying to return to work. We would appreciate your prayers for =
either outcome.
