I just wanted to let you know and you can put it on the church prayer chain=
, that I have been back to my oncologist and they have found a cancerous sp=
ot on my liver. He said that there is only one small spot and the rest of =
my pet scan was negative. He has talked with the surgeon that did my first=
surgery and they both think that this is entirely operable. I am supposed=
to see that surgeon on December 18th. I really don't know how soon they w=
ill do the surgery. The oncologist said that they would give my four weeks=
to recover from the surgery and then they would give me five to six weeks =
of chemo. He said that it really would be any harder on me than the first =
chemo was. He did say that I might loose my hair and that I should prepare=
for that possibility.

I really feel confident about this new discovery and am no worried about it=
. The main problem that I have is that I like to have things planned out a=
nd don't like to either be left hanging with things undecided or leave some=
one else hanging. The principal at my school has been a blessing already a=
nd I only found out for sure yesterday. I really am confident in the resul=
ts and really feel better than I did the last time. Dr. Sneed said that th=
is may have been there all along but that the chemo for the colon cancer ma=
y have held it in check. He thinks that my surgeon is really good and that=
makes me feel better too. =20

I'll let you know when I know more. Just start praying again that the doct=
ors be led to do the best thing for me and that I can continue to function =
during all this. Also pray for the people I work for because they have alr=
eady today been a great blessing and support. Thanks!
