This is some update information from Margie:
last week:=20
a.. The chair quit as soon as we were home on Sat. It was well timed. =
I put it in push and we got out of the van fine. We had to use the other =
one (not powered) after that. Jeff someone or the other is coming this =
morning to look at the power chair. Pray that he can fix it. It sure is =
wonderful to have. The other one is o.k. but it is harder to transfer =
into. I nearly put him in the floor Sunday morning.
> >
> >David had fever Sun morning - low grade. He had 101 when we got =
home last night. We see the primary care on Wed. David's fever broke and =
didn't come back up all night. His urine looked cleaner than it has. =
Prayer needs to continue to help. I feel like we're sort of in limbo. =
Thanks for the prayer and support and all you do.
a.. Last night the 39th had recent pics on big screens. David went to =
Chaffee in early Sept or Aug during AT. Mark Pryor was the speaker and =
David did an invocation. I hadn't been paying close attn. to the slides =
and then I looked up and saw what appeared to be Richard Booth. I =
thought no that can't be and then I saw Ms. Reba was standing beside =
him. They took David to that event and there was their pic. It was sort =
of funny. Bonnie and Herman Johnston were there yesterday, too.
a.. The new primary care dr. does not feel that we should treat the =
infection (because it is so resistant to everything normal) until David =
is more symptomatic. In fact, he didn't even get a specimen. Blood work =
was done. David has had no fever since Monday evening.
a.. Bro. David is on his way to NLR today for a dentist appointment, =
PT and to have his chair checked.
Please remember him and Margie in your prayers, at this time of year it =
is real easy to become saddened by the events of the past two years.
thank you for caring, I just wanted to let yal know some of the things =
going on in the last week or so. He was running a fever due to the =
kidney/bladder issues that seem to be on going. He has good days and =
bad days. He and Margie were both in SS and church with us yesterday.
