Dear Friends-
=20
This past week we decorated our tree and hung lights outside on the house. =
It has been interesting to watch Nathaniel and Mason as they react to the =
new lights. What are they thinking? There have been many looks of amazeme=
nt and joy. Can you imagine how truly overjoyed the Magi must have felt? =
Seeing a new star and following its light to the Savior.

During this season, the lights serve to remind us of our job to be lights i=
n this dark world. As we continue to work on building relationships that g=
row people in their relationship with Christ and work with local churches t=
o help them reach their neighbors, we want to share with you several prayer=
requests from our ministry.

Please continue to pray for Pastor J in California. We continue to seek Go=
d=92s direction and wisdom about his coming to Port Arthur as a Vietnamese =
church planter. =20
Pray for V and A, both Asian college girls that have expressed an interest =
in learning more about the Bible. We have scheduled a weekly meeting time=
for Bible study, but lately their schedules have made meeting difficult. =
Pray that studying the Bible will become a top priority for them.
Pray for G =96 Brent=92s Vietnamese tutor. They will not meet again until =
January, but pray that during this time God will work in her heart by revea=
ling the true meaning of salvation.
Pray for DJ and his family. We have done Bible studies with them for sever=
al months and they were making progress towards becoming a house church. A=
couple of months ago, DJ, who is only 38 years old, was diagnosed with ter=
minal pancreatic cancer. We continue to minister to him and his family. P=
ray for his healing. Pray that God would use this very difficult situation=
to glorify Himself in our city.
We have begun working on plans for PowerPlant 07 this upcoming July. Pray =
for the church youth groups that will be signing up during December and Jan=
uary. We look forward to having about 125 students here to help us work wi=
th church plants and start new churches.

It is our joy to send you news from our ministry. We covet your prayers as=
God continues to work here in Port Arthur, Texas. We are very thankful to=
God as He has provided for so many ministry needs this year. We gratefull=
y acknowledge your part whether through prayer, labor or financial gifts. =
